Sizing
All our sizes are determined by the longest dimension. For a 6" decal, if the image is a perfect square or circle, the decal will be 6" x 6". If the image is more rectangular, the decal will be 6" on its longest side. This principle holds true for larger sizes as well. For example, a 46" decal will be 46" on its longest side.
By placing an order, you, as a customer, certify that you have all rights to use, publish, and transmit the data, including text and image material, that you have provided.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the product does not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property rights and that its content complies with applicable legislation.
You agree not to hold RSGFX responsible for any claims that may arise from third parties regarding infringement of their rights, especially copyright, arising from your use of the transmitted data. This means that you will ensure that RSGFX is not required to fulfill such demands.
You also agree to indemnify and hold us, our directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and subsidiaries harmless from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from or related to infringement of third-party rights, especially copyright, arising from your use of the transmitted data, including text and image material.
Shipping
If you choose an expedited shipping method, please understand that the decals/stickers have a processing & production time of 4-5 Days.
**In a rush? Need an order GUARANTEED by a certain date? - Our production and standard shipping methods are estimates times so please let us know the date you would like to have your order in hand so we can ensure to meet your deadline. This might require additional shipping charges as anything guaranteed needs to be shipped UPS. Expedited orders placed on Fridays will not be processed until Monday. You will be billed separately for shipping, if you need to Express or Overnighted.
If an Express order or a standard shipped order is incorrectly sorted or shipping is delayed due to an error on the couriers behalf R&S Graphics cannot be held liable and we cannot issue a refund for any rush shipping charges.
Shopify will send you shipment confirmation once we have shipped your package. If you haven’t received your shipment confirmation, please check your junk/spam folder as it may have gone there. Also, sign up for the USPS informed Delivery to make it easier to know when your package arrives. www.InformedDelivery.Usps.com.
The day we print your label may not be the day your package ships. If we have already had our mail pick up for the day, it will be the following business day. Friday's packages that where packed and labeled after the mail has run will go out on Monday.
Our handling time doesn’t include transit time, it’s just the times that it takes for us to package and get your order ready. When the post office (or in some case UPS) gets your package scanned you will get an Estimated Time of Delivery. We know that you are on a tight deadline with your customers, but we are not responsible for transit times and will not refund your order because it took longer than you thought to receive it. We will always try to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible, but sometimes things happen beyond our control.
Please make sure that your address is current and correct. If you are making a payment with PayPal please make sure you have your updated address. I can’t change your address after it's shipped. We will only ship to the address entered when you checked out via PayPal or our website. Our website prints the address you enter when checking out. If your order has shipped, there is nothing we can do. We recommend contacting USPS. If it gets returned to the shipper, you can pay extra to have your order mailed back to you with the correct address.
The Holiday season makes USPS have delays, we always ship in a timely manner but when our packages get handed off to the post office we have no control on how quickly they get shipped to you. Holiday times are worse, with the increase in packages and mail getting sent. Also with the current pandemic mailing times have slowed down. If you pay for priority, I can assure you when you get your box it will have a priority label on it. I unfortunately can not guarantee that it will make it in the 2-3 days, even if your label was printed as a priority 2-3 day label. I also always use USPS guide on when to ship by to receive by Christmas, but unfortunately in some cases I cant guarantee that happens. We try everything on our end to make sure that it does make it on time.
Lost package?
We shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. VinylMeNow.com is responsible for orders until they leave our facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely. Sometimes USPS has delays and can take up to 2 weeks or so to deliver a package. A package isn’t lost until it has not been scanned for 7 business days. If your order is marked as delivered but you don’t see it, you will need to contact your local post office. If your order has arrived damaged, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company.

Other Disclaimers
We are not responsible for user errors when installing the decals.
We are not responsible for the decal being smaller than you thought it would be. Please grab a ruler and make sure you are getting the size sticker you would like.
We have the right not to honor any website glitches, past sales, or unused coupon codes.
If you place an order and pop over to Facebook or email and see a coupon code, we will not refund you the amount of the coupon code! We try to make sure everyone gets these codes, but after your order is placed no changes can occur, including adding a coupon/promo code to your order. However, if you are sad that you missed it I recommend subscribing to your emails and follow us on Facebook for up-to-date information.
Actual colors may vary. This is since every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently.
Duplicate Orders
If you don't reach out to us to let us know immediately that you accident placed an order twice, your order will get shipped. When you order it starts the process of getting your order ready and packaged to be sent to you in a timely manner.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
